Covid-19
Our Current COVID-19 Policy Information
We have recently switched back to in-person appointments as the primary method of seeing patients. However, for those who prefer, video appointments remain available. We are doing our best to follow safe practices during in-person visits, including maintaining social distancing, using masks when it does not interfere with patient care, and thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the office daily.
In keeping with this, we ask that all patients wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing when possible, unless it is determined medically necessary by the provider. Chrysalis Psychiatry is a safe space in all ways. Our providers prioritize wellness, both physicals and mental. Our goal is to ensure every patient feels safe in our office at all times. Part of that is offering a clean, sanitized space in which all who enter are taking precautions to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
If you have had any symptoms of COVID such as fever, chills, cough, or loss of sense of taste or smell, we ask that you discuss this with the provider or staff so that we can reschedule or move the appointment to video if necessary. If you have travelled out of state in the last 2 weeks, please discuss with your provider or staff prior to arriving in person as well. We appreciate your cooperation very much and hope to continue to keep all staff and clients safe and healthy while seeking treatment and building wellness.
