A typical 1-hour new patient visit is billed as 99205.

A typical 1-hour combined therapy and medication follow-up visit is billed as 99214 + 90838.

Self-pay Discounts
All self-pay patients are eligible for a 30% prepay discount (50% for TMS if entire treatment series is prepaid).
Healthcare workers and mental health workers are eligible for a 20% discount on adult psychotherapy services.
Additional discounts for psychotherapy and psychiatric services in Albuquerque are available based on financial hardship.
