Very helpful staff/efficient medication refills/considerate and comfortable waiting room/compassionate providers/accepts insurance!
Their online app makes digital communication very easy for scheduling and medication refills. It is so difficult to find a psychiatrist that has flexible available and will accept insurance. Chrysalis is a blessing to the ABQ community.

I was stunned after reading the other reviews. I have never had any issues working with the front desk, but I have not been a patient here during their recent growth. Finding the right doctor could mean everything for your life, and Dr. Beatty is worth fighting through any transient issues.
Chrysalis Psychiatry has a warm and friendly staff who is very helpful in getting the help and answers you need. Dr Beatty is so calm and accepting and a non judgmental doctor. Staff are informative and knowledgeable. Able to answer all questions easily. Staff are pleasant and friendly. I enjoy my daily visits.
