Ife Hampton is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a strong foundation in education and a deep commitment to trauma-informed, holistic care. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico in Sociology, a Masters in Education from Johns Hopkins University and her Master of Social Work from Tulane University. With over a decade of experience working in educational and community based settings, Ife brings a relational, culturally responsive lens to therapy. Her approach integrates trauma-informed care with somatic practices to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, building emotional awareness, and developing tools for regulation and resilience. Ife is passionate about creating a supportive, affirming space where adults feel seen, heard and empowered in their healing journey.
